Sexting

Okay, so I learned a new word today - sexting!!  On ivillage.com there was a questionnaire to find out whether or not people like flirting or having “sex” via text on their cell phones.  It was a split decision.  About half of the people said they liked it, and the other half said it was a huge turn off.  

Personally, I like flirting with text.  It does not even have to be explicitly sexual.  As one person on ivillage.com mentioned, it is fun to text flirty messages during the middle of the day at work.  It is exciting and makes you feel good to know that someone is thinking about you.  Some people may take it to the next level by sending photos. 

The only downfall is making sure my son doesn’t find them!!  Sometimes I get forwarded texts that are somewhat graphic!!  I try to delete those right away!

In the lifestyle, we have a few couples who we are close to, and we text with them occassionally.  Mr. Gentlenibbles and I are very open with each other about the texts - he can read mine anytime and I occassionally read his!!  As stated before, it is sometimes fun to be flirty during the middle of the day or during the work week!!
