This week could best be described as “slowly regaining momentum”. With the monstrous let down in intensity we both had over the last few weeks, we were finally able to get a little bit of traction by repeating last weeks efforts with some quality time at the gym and track while keeping the eating healthy.
I walked upwards of 12 miles (still hobbling a bit) and got to the gym once this week. I managed that and eating relatively healthy all in the middle of New Orleans for a week long conference! When I wieghed I had actually gained a 1/2 pound which was a bit frustrating, but after the weeks of debauchery I have had recently I probably had that 1/2 pound coming!

Total weight loss - 11.0 lbs
Best mile time - 9:08 min
I ran 2 miles and walked another 1/2 mile this week “officially”. With Mr. “G” on the road this week I had all the baseball and soccer duty. I walked around the parks during their practices, but don’t really have a way to measure it. We will say all together that would be another 5 miles or so walked.
