Well after well over 500 sexy swingers partied to the hearts content at the last Mega Meet-n-Greet and now, at the request of many, we are doing it again!
This time we have we are excited to have this meet-n-greet as a debut for a brand new Lifestyle club in Houston.
Like last time we are expecting hundreds of sexy swingers to take advantage of this very inexpensive chance to get their Meet-n-Greet on. At only $25 dollars a couple and a BYOB club it will also, once again, be one of the least costly swinger parties this year.

This brand new club, at 29,000 square feet, will debut as the largest swingers club in Houston, with a VIP section that alone will be bigger in size than some of the smaller clubs of Houston in their entirety. Management of the club has agreed to a $25 entry fee with no membership fees if you use the secret word “nibbles” when entering.
This party is going to be huge, sexy, and craploads of fun!

I hope they know what they are doing. This building has been rebranded many times. If they don’t do something different than the previous Clubs, they won’t have much success. I understand why they want to be a BYOB ( later hours, better suited for lifestyle activities ), but long term I think they are going to have a hard time staying alive. Especially with 29,000 SQFT to keep lighted and Air Conditioned. Temptation and TMZ barely get by, and they don’t have the kind of overhead this place will have.
Of course I am sure many people will come out the opening weekend, but unless they get their marketing established ahead of time ( with a good website, maillist, textlist, newsletter system ), they won’t last for long. If they need a website, have them contact me. If they move fast I could possibly have them online and fully functional by their opening night.
Is this club still going can’t seem to find much a bout it and interested in checking it out???
On the CT forums, the consensus says that Amavi is shut down and the building is for sale.
Thats too bad, I heard they dumped a lot of money into that place.
I have monitoring the chatter on Desirous Party, and didn’t notice any buzz about the place and that seemed strange considering a new club should have created some kind of buzz. Makes me believe they didn’t market it very well for the opening.
The opening was great! We had over 300 people for our party that night. Obviously, it is all rumor mill….. but I believe and have heard that it was most likely the Swing Club Monster.
It seems that as happens way to often, somebody “sicked” city officials on them and there were some permitting issues.
We hope they do survive, it truly was a beautiful club that represented a significant investment. If we hear more we will pass it on.

I actually just posted a blog about this. It is very disheartening to see another club open, just to quickly be closed down.
I have seen on the CT forum that the club owners are on the lookout for another location to reopen the club. I wish them the best of luck!

Hopefully they can find a new home. It would help to raise the bar for other clubs.
We have been lurking and been to a few clubs over the past few months and ready to start connecting with people. Are there any meet and greets soon? Seems like the next logical step

If you are looking for a meet and greet, that is friendly to new couples and no pressure, I would recommend DesirousParty.com. Else if you are looking for something faster pace, try temptation, or TMZ. The DP parties are always great for people watching as they usually draw a very young and very attractive crowd. But they are not on premise parties. If you want on Premise action I would recommend Temptation where things in the VIP can get pretty wild.
