Facebook Rising – A Rebirth of the Gentlenibbles Profile
As you may recall Gentle Nibbles has made some enemies within the ranks of the morally right and high minded which manifested in our Facebook page being sacrificed upon their altar several weeks ago.
Well, like Lazarus and Jesus himself our Facebook page has been reborn. I would say it is new, improved, bigger, and better but truthfully it is the same old Facebook but with much fewer friends and fans. As of the time of this writing we have one fan…
So in our ever childish search of being popular and one of the cool kids at Facebook High we desperately ask that you commit to being our friend or fan.
Unlike high school we are not requesting you to be our lab partner in science or to pick us for your dodgeball team in P.E. All we are asking is to just go to our page here and click to make us a fan!
How was that for desperation…
Sincerely,
~The Nibblers – “Voted Most Likely to Grow Up and Start a Swingers Blog”

Its tough cause liking the page would result in some level of “outing” to our friends family:-)
Sweet,
Thanks, and yes we absolutely understand and do not intend or expect people who are not out to fan the page. Only those who are out about their Lifestyle friends on Facebook.
For instance we do not even have the lovely Ms. Gentlenibbles fanned from our personal pages.
Now that you mention it, I probably should have mentioned that in the article.
Thanks,
Mr. Gentlenibbles
A few days ago we attempted to create a fb membership under the name of Doubledogg Dareu because our screen name on most social sites for swingers is DoubleDoggDareU2. Today, I found our fb account had been deleted because we were not “representing ourselves as an individual”. Wonder why Gentle Nibbles works for them? Happy for you, though.
I thought making a fb name out of a swing site name would help us be able to function on fb and still stay in the swing closet. Oh well. Any ideas?

Sally,
Technically the Gentlenibbles Facebook page is a fan page and not a profile. Their terms of service does allow that, but unfotunately the social functionality is very limited or non-existent for fan pages and as you we can’t create a profile wihout our real names.
Sorry for the lack of ideas…. Good luck!
