BBB 2010 Review
Well, another notch on the bedpost…not really! But another year of Butts, Boobs, and Boats (BBB) is under our belt and it was a fantastic event. Let me start by saying that our review only includes the activities that took place at The Hampton hotel in which we stayed. We did not make it over to Lakeway Resort, so anyone who would like to let us know about the parties and activities that took place there, please leave us a comment!
Friday. . . everyone arrived at the hotel throughout the day. It was like going to summer camp and seeing all of your friends that you haven’t seen in a while and meeting lots of new friends! It was hot outside, but for some reason, we kept convening in the parking lot to greet the newcomers. A very large group ended up going to Bone Daddy’s for dinner. Luckily, they had a large balcony area which accommodated most of us. There were some who came and had to sit at other tables downstairs, but for the most part, it turned out really well, especially since it was not planned! By the way, the food was great! And the waitresses were scanitly clad!
After dinner, we made our way back to the hotel. . .unfortunately, we did not go to Graham Central Station for the meet and greet. At the hotel, sexy people started serving up jello shots and drinks….and the party was on! Who could leave a good party? On the third floor, some of our crazy friends had a beer pong with 6 shooters! There were half dressed, sexy people everywhere. We got to catch up with great friends and hang out. Read Mr. G’s post about how that evening ended here!
Saturday. . . we made it to the barge bright and early and everything ran very smoothly. Approximately 70 amazing, sexy couples were aboard the two barges that we rented. We set sail for Hippie Hollow for another great party! The water was perfect, the beer was refreshing and the company was awesome! As with years past, we had a great time reuniting with great friends out on the water and soaking up rays for most of the day. I don’t know why, but time always goes by so fast when you are on the water having fun.
We are not sure how many people were out on the water. There were several party barges loaded with sexy peeps and lots of individuals boats as well. The water level was definitely up this year…we could not believe what a difference it was from last year. As promised last year, we used a floating cooler for our drinks. It was definitely the way to go. We still had to refill it several times, but not getting on the boat for each drink was awesome!
Late in the afternoon, we loaded up and headed back to the dock. At the hotel, the owner let us hang butcher paper on the fence around the pool to block any views of nakedness from the road! Many people went straight to the pool once we got back to the hotel. Some went to dinner and then came back to the hotel. We didn’t follow our cardinal rule this year of taking a nap during the day, so we were beat Saturday night. We actually ended up going to bed at a decent time, but the party at the pool continued late into the night.
Sunday. . .back to reality 
Our only complaint this year is that the weekend went by way too fast! The hotel accommodations were very nice and we appreciate the owner/operator of the hotel for being such a generous host! We recruited many new attendees this year and so far, everyone we have talked to cannot wait for next year! We are definitely looking forward to it! Mr. G and I had an awesome time partying with all of our friends and look forward to doing it again!

We were able to go to the Graham’s Meet & Greet and the resort party..
Graham’s: great drink specials until 10. The back room (it’s the most like a modern club) seemed to be where most of the swingers were. They have several elevated cages and, most of the night, some very hot girl-girl dancing among the BBB people. The nice thing about Graham’s is if you get tired of one room, there are others to explore. I didn’t really care about going to this initially, but I’m glad we did.
BBB lake: Really awesome. We cannot wait to go again. We were on the Gentle Nibbles party barge and had a fabulous time.
Resort party: By the time the resort party actually happened, I was exhausted and grouchy, so I didn’t really enjoy it as much as I’d hoped. Since we were not staying in the hotel, the valet parking was $5. I highly recommend doing that, or else you will have to park quite far away. The buffet was iced tea, water, hamburgers and hot dogs with bagged chips, not particularly thrilling, but decent. The drinks were fairly pricey, about what you’d expect to pay at a resort. The actual pool area is quite nice, there were several pools and chairs and cabanas. They also had two bars set up as well as a beer station. The view is absolutely beautiful. A live band came in and played off and on through the night.
Evidently, there were some shenanigans the night before, therefore, the resort was heavily patrolled by police. Of course, the party was fairly tame from this. Now, the officers were very nice, relaxed and friendly, but there was very little of what I expected in the way of salaciousness. SDC held several contests during the night. There were a lot of very lovely, very sexy people (I’m bad at estimating crowds, but I’d say around 300). We saw many people we know, so that was definitely a plus. We ended up leaving around midnight. Now, I didn’t ‘love’ the resort party, but my husband did, so it might have been my crankiness that skewed my perception.
Next year: I will take a nap on Friday afternoon. I will take a nap in the brief window between the lake & party. I will drink less on Saturday. I will take more pictures. I will go to the Gentle Nibbles party. I will try not to be so sad on Sunday morning.

I had a great time making your cooler!! It was a nice change from my everyday work!! I’m still holding it hostage by the way!! It’s so darn cute, you might not get it back!!
We had a BLAST at our first BBB!! The Hampton Inn was wonderful!! I think that’s why we never left! Thanks so much for setting everything up!
And YES, naps on Saturday are a must next year!! I guess we were just thinkin we were rock stars and didn’t need one! Also…..No big ass floats for us next year!! We spent 2 hours trying to blow it up, and didn’t even float on it for very long! Noodles are the way to go!!!
