What are Your New Year’s Eve Plans?

It was a tough decision of what lifestyle event to attend this year for New Years Eve.  There are several huge parties in Houston, and with the addition of a couple of new clubs this year the choices are outrageous.   There were about three or four events we really would like to go to, but at the end of the day decided to go with High Maintenance Party’s New Years Eve Party. 

To be honest the number of RSVP’s on the lifestyle websites seem to be a little low for all of the New Years Eve Parties.  I think this is probably related to the fact there are so many events to chose from this year that the crowds at all of them may be watered down a bit.  That is probably not a bad thing.  We enjoy large turnouts because you get an opportunity to meet more people, but if the crowd is to big it can stifle the mood a little bit.

I have no doubts that the HMP party will be top notch with lots of new faces and old friends.  We are really excited about the After Party hotel takeover at a hotel close to the event.  This will be our first big “after party” since entering the lifestyle earlier this year, and we are looking forward to seeing what they are all about.

Naughty and Nice was Very Nice

Saturday night’s “Naughty and Nice”party by High Maintenance Party at The Mystery Zone was great.  We saw plenty of old friends and made quite a few new ones. 

Mr. Gentlenibbles had me running around like crazy trying to get me out the door so we could be there by eight o’clock.  The last few times we have been there, it was already pretty busy by nine, so we decided to try and be there early.  I had gone to the store earlier in the day and found me a long coat to wear over my outfit, so I would not have to change at the club.  I still had to wait and put on my sexy candy cane thigh high pantyhose in the car.  I don’t think the kids or the babysitter noticed anything.  Note:  Ladies, you are officially a real swinger when you buy your first overcoat to hide your party clothes.

For the record, I want it to be known that I was ready and we were out the door by seven o’clock for the almost one hour drive to the club.  Of course, because we have a special gift for tardiness, it turns out the highway department had decided to use road construction to reduce a four lane highway into a single lane parking lot.  Even with the much longer than anticipated drive we were still at the club by 8:15PM.  Which worked out perfect, because we were able to protect the club from terrorists until everyone else showed up at 9:30PM.  At least Read more
