New Swingers, Parking Lots, and Butterflies

June 10, 2008 by Mr. GentleNibbles · 5 Comments

Night ClubIt has often been said that for new swingers, the toughest part of the journey is getting themselves from the parking lot to the front door of a swingers club. There have been many a couple who made it to the parking lot of the club with every intention of starting their Lifestyle journey, only to eventually talk themselves out of it and drive home disappointed.

The reason this can be such a tough spot for new swingers is because this act is often the pinpoint for when a couple goes from “Vanilla” to “Swinger”. This situation is also often associated with doubts, confusion, and a healthy dose of fear of the unknown at what lays on the other side of that pretty “green” door. I would venture to guess for every ten Lifestyler’s in the world, there is at least one or two couples that never made it past the parking lot. Read more

Nothing Gets Better at Two In the Morning

June 7, 2008 by Mr. GentleNibbles · 7 Comments

ClockToday’s post is a little bit of a rant, complaint, or at the very least a sanity check.  Mrs Gentlenibbles and I are just confused on why so many members of the Lifestyle don’t get down to, in the words of Borat, “sexy time” before two in the morning or later when going to the club.

Since we first entered in the Lifestyle we have been amazed by the fact that not many couples leave the club before one thirty or two AM when they are about to close.  In the vanilla world this makes perfect sense because the club is where the action is, but in the swinging world the club is nothing but the appetizer.  Kind of like going out for dinner before going to the movie, the movie is the main event! Iniquity Houston - A Swing Club Review

January 22, 2008 by Mr. GentleNibbles · 2 Comments

We ventured out this past weekend to Iniquity here in Houston. High Maintenance hosted a “Sinners and Saints” party. We arrived at 10:30PM and there was not very many people there, which was a little disheartening, but it turned out to be a great night! It is still a fairly new club, so hopefully, attendance will pick up!! Here are our initial thoughts on this club:

Her Impression:

The atmosphere of the club is very clean and comfortable. There are many chairs and tables, as well as comfy seating areas with full size leather sofas. It is very spacious. The dance floor isn’t huge, but it’ll do.

We toured the VIP area, which is closed off with a set of double doors. The VIP members can see you, but you can’t see them through one way mirrored walls!! Again, there are lots of seating areas with full size sofas. There is a small dance floor where we are assuming a stripper pole will be in the near future. We were also told that a shower with glass walls is going to be added in the VIP area. The downfall of the VIP area is the cost! One night is $100!!

The staff members of the club were very professional and the waitresses were even dressed in the theme! Set-ups for drinks are not free, and they only let you bring in liquor. They do monitor this by not allowing coolers. They provide you with a silver ice bucket at the door.

The fees to get in the door were reasonable. Thanks to High Maintenance, their guests enjoy a discount. For us, the location is okay. Definitely better than Read more
